Basic Elopement package: $250 plus tax and applicable online credit card fees. Pay a $125 reservation deposit now; the remaining $125, plus any outstanding taxes and approved fees, is due 14 days before your wedding. Includes up to one hour of officiant service, a heartfelt Christian elopement ceremony, prayer, and an exchange of vows with Reverend Gentry Campbell. Please confirm your date and location with us before paying. Your reservation is held only after availability is confirmed in writing and the 50% deposit is received. For weddings within 14 days, contact us for a full-payment invoice before booking. The 50% deposit holds your reservation. If you cancel within 14 calendar days of the ceremony, the deposit and any other payments made to Koa Pule Ministries are non-refundable, except where required by law. The 48-hour full-refund option applies only when the ceremony is at least 14 days away. All add-on packages are in addition to our ceremony packages. Some beaches, parks, and other ceremony locations may require permits, reservations, or venue permission. The client is responsible for checking the requirements for the chosen location, obtaining and paying for all required permits and permissions before the ceremony, and sharing confirmation with Koa Pule Ministries. Booking an officiant does not include permits or venue reservations.
