$200 plus tax and applicable online card fees. Includes up to one hour of officiant service for a Christian blessing or another Christian ceremony. Interisland Travel Add-On — $500

Includes airfare, room, and car. Reverend Gentry Campbell is willing to travel throughout the Hawaiian Islands to perform your wedding ceremony.

All add-on packages are in addition to our tier packages. Reserve interisland travel with a $250 deposit after your date and travel availability are confirmed.

Event Permits & Application Assistance

Clients are responsible for applying for and obtaining all required event permits and venue permissions before the wedding. Koa Pule Ministries can apply on your behalf for a separately quoted service fee. Government, venue, and other third-party charges are additional. Our application service does not guarantee permit approval. Tell us your location and permit needs in the wedding questionnaire.

Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Reserve Your Date

Contact us to confirm your date, ceremony details, and final quote. A reservation is held only after availability is confirmed in writing and a 50% deposit is received. Tier 1: Basic Elopement is $250 with a $125 deposit. Signature Wedding is $350 with a $175 deposit. Vow Renewal and Christian Blessings & Other Ceremonies are $200 each with a $100 deposit each. Interisland travel is a $500 add-on with a $250 deposit. Applicable taxes and online card fees are additional. Book services and add deposits to your cart. Permit application assistance is quoted individually and invoiced after approval.

Balance Due

The remaining balance is due 14 calendar days before the wedding. Bookings made within 14 days require full payment by invoice. Your written quote will show applicable taxes and online card fees before payment. If a balance is overdue, we will contact you in writing and allow 72 hours to resolve it; if it remains unpaid, the reservation may be cancelled under the cancellation terms below. All payments must clear before the ceremony.

48-Hour Refund Window

Email koapuleministries@gmail.com within 48 hours of payment to cancel for a full refund, provided the ceremony is at least 14 days away when we receive your request.

Cancellations & No-Shows

After the 48-hour window, cancellations received at least 14 days before the ceremony forfeit the 50% reservation deposit; any additional service payments are refunded. Cancellations fewer than 14 days before the ceremony and no-shows are non-refundable, except where required by law. These terms apply to tier packages and add-ons. Fees paid directly to government agencies, venues, or other providers follow their own refund policies.

Rescheduling, Weather & Officiant Cancellation

Request changes as soon as possible. Rescheduling depends on availability and written agreement; approved payments may be transferred to the new date, and any price difference must be agreed in writing. For unsafe weather or a venue closure, we will work with you on a safe location or new date. If Koa Pule Ministries cannot perform the agreed service and you decline an offered alternative, payments made to us for the unprovided service will be refunded.

How to Request a Refund

Email koapuleministries@gmail.com with your names, wedding date, order number, and request. We will initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days; bank processing may take longer. Nothing in this policy limits rights or refunds required by applicable law.
