Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to ceremony services and add-ons provided by Koa Pule Ministries LLC.
Booking and confirmation
Choose an available date and time on our booking calendar. Each reservation blocks three hours: up to one hour for the ceremony plus two hours for travel. A calendar selection is not final until Koa Pule Ministries confirms the date, time, location, service, and availability in writing.
Reservation deposit and balance
A 50% deposit is required to hold a confirmed reservation. The remaining balance, including applicable taxes and approved fees, is due 14 calendar days before the ceremony. Bookings made within 14 days require full payment by invoice. All payments must clear before the ceremony.
48-hour refund window
You may cancel by emailing info@koapuleministries.com within 48 hours of payment for a full refund only when the ceremony is at least 14 days away when we receive the request.
Cancellations and no-shows
After the 48-hour refund window, a cancellation received at least 14 days before the ceremony forfeits the 50% reservation deposit; additional service payments will be refunded. If you cancel within 14 calendar days of the ceremony or do not appear, the 50% deposit and any other payments made to Koa Pule Ministries are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Rescheduling, weather, and officiant cancellation
Rescheduling depends on availability and written agreement. Approved payments may be transferred to the new date, and any price difference must be agreed in writing. For unsafe weather or a venue closure, we will work with you on a safe location or new date. If Koa Pule Ministries cannot provide the agreed service and you decline an offered alternative, payments made to us for the unprovided service will be refunded.
Venue permits and permissions
Some beaches, parks, and other ceremony locations require permits, reservations, or venue permission. The client is responsible for checking the chosen location's requirements, obtaining and paying for all required permits and permissions before the ceremony, and sharing confirmation with Koa Pule Ministries. Officiant services do not include permits or venue reservations.
Interisland travel
Interisland travel is a $500 add-on covering airfare, room, and car and requires a $250 deposit after written confirmation of travel availability. The travel add-on must accompany a confirmed ceremony package and follows the same payment and cancellation terms.
Client information and cooperation
The client must provide accurate names, contact details, ceremony time, island, venue, exact location, service choice, and relevant ceremony instructions. Delays or added costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may require a revised quote or schedule.
Taxes and online payments
Package prices exclude applicable taxes and online card-processing fees unless stated otherwise. Your written quote or checkout total will show the amount due.
Contact and refund requests
Email info@koapuleministries.com with the couple's names, ceremony date, order number, and request. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days; bank processing may take longer. Nothing in these terms limits rights or refunds required by applicable law.
